A great many people do not pray because they do not feel any sense of need. The sign that the Holy Spirit is in us is that we realize that we are empty, not that we are full. We have a sense of absolute need. We come across people who try us, circumstances that are difficult, conditions that are perplexing, and all these things awaken a dumb sense of need, which is a sign that the Holy Spirit is there. If we are ever free from the sense of need, it is not because the Holy Spirit has satisfied us, but because we have been satisfied with as much as we have. "A man's reach should exceed his grasp." A sense of need is one of the greatest benedictions because it keeps our life rightly related to Jesus Christ. -Oswald Chambers

Trump’s U.N. Speech Was a Masterclass in Real World Leadership President Donald Trump’s address to the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday was nothing short of a thunderclap to shock the world back to reality. Texas Coach Shot While Praying —Lebanese Migrant Suspect Tied to Taxpayer-Funded MAS Katy Mosque, a Muslim Brotherhood Hotbed of Anti-Christian Hate When a Christian coach in Texas is shot mid-prayer at a children’s baseball game — and one of the accused is a Lebanese migrant tied to a taxpayer-funded, Muslim Brotherhood-linked mosque that preaches anti-Christian hatred — it is no “hunting accident.” It is a flashing red warning about Islamic radicalization festering in our own communities under official silence.

This appears to be the first time that the government has claimed that sharia courts are compatible with British values. It is an astonishing and outrageous claim. Sharia law discriminates against both women and non-Muslims, allows polygamy, and is fundamentally incompatible with English law and British values. Tolerance of those we disagree with does not extend to allowing them to set up a parallel legal system operating on values entirely contrary to our own.

Green Meltdown: Trump’s Second Term Breaks the Back of Climate Activism President Trump called climate change the “greatest con job ever perpetrated on the world” at the UN.
The Paris Delusion Collapses: Even the New York Times Admits It What we are witnessing is the slow-motion collapse of a delusion. The climate establishment promised salvation through international treaties, moralistic speeches, and punitive economic policies. Instead, they delivered broken promises, higher costs, and a geopolitical shift that left China in command of the very industries the West hoped to control.

So many great Christians are being called home...
Here I will just highlight a few things about Baucham and some others who have recently passed. Let me mention just five of them who have gone to be with their Saviour in the past six months, and share a few quotes from each...
